EBSA Grants

As a courtesy of EBSA a number of grants are available for for young participants (PhD students and pos-docs) coming from outside Portugal.

These grants will cover the registration fee and part of the travel expenses. If you are interested in applying to one of these Grants, please send an email to Prof. Manuel Prieto ( manuel.prieto@ist.utl.pt ) containing a short CV (with publications) and the abstract you are submitting, until June, 25th, 2008. Only registered candidates will be eligible for these grants. The candidates must also be members of one EBSA affiliated society, if such a society exists in your country.

Please provide us with an email from a society body confirming that you are a member.
The grantees are expected to produce a short report after the congress.
